Manchester, NH ─ Great Bay Corve5e Club (GBCC) raised $14,000 to support the New Hampshire Food Bank during its “Driven to Make a Difference” charity car show on Saturday, September 21. The $14,000 raised during the event, which equates to more than 28,000 meals, supports the approximately one in nine New Hampshire residents who are food insecure, meaning they do not know where their next meal will come from. Since 2015, GBBC has raised more than $40,000 to support the New Hampshire Food Bank, a program of Catholic ChariYes NH, during charity car shows—that funding equates to more than 80,700 meals to support those in need.
“The Great Bay Corve5e Club has been a tremendous partner and we greatly appreciate their conYnued generosity,” said Eileen Groll Liponis, execuYve director of the New Hampshire Food Bank. “As we can turn every dollar donated into approximately two nutriYous meals, this donaYon will have a major impact on the individuals and families we serve throughout New Hampshire.”
